After a long week...I decided to take the day off.
Went for a nice ride this morning. Had lunch at my favorite coffeeshop this afternoon. Hung out at the bike shop for a bit. Now I am gonna make a spinach lasagna for Steff's book club thing tonight and watch todays stage of the Tour De France. A damn fine day!
