I have found the most wonderful breakfast in the world. Toasted “everything” bagel, with a fried egg and hot sauce. I leave the yolk runny because it leaks into the bagel and makes it all gooey. You should try it!
One word of caution though -- the egg yolk has a tendency to squirt out the bottom of the bagel...not a good thing if your sitting at your desk eating. I just finished cleaning all the yolk out of my keyboard. It seems to be working properly.
