Next Beer

On a better note:

My self-imposed year of sobriety is almost over. Saturday after I ride up Mt. St.Helens, I will enjoy my first beer in over a year (Not counting my birthday...I had whiskey then). I am leaning toward Rogue's Chipotle Ale. Any suggestions?

    The Chipotle is a great choice. My current favorite of theirs is the Old Crustacean Barleywine, but that might be a bit much for someone who hasn't drank in a year. The Hazelnut Brown is also a favorite and would be easy on the tender tastebuds.

    I highly recommend the vanilla stout at Thompson's. Let's get some beer and celebrate at the beer fest there next weekend.
